Abstract
In this study researcher trying to find the effectiveness of online teaching-learning which improve the new strategies in the field of Innovation of multidisciplinary research? Effective online teaching-learning requires interdependence for a shared understanding of teaching learning goals in a learning environment. We can see the current phase (i.e. Covid 19) of education. In which education is directly switching from traditional system to online teaching-learning in an immediate and unexpected way, So online teaching- learning readiness should be carefully taken into consideration within this new education paradigm for research. Innovation which refers to the new opinion, trend, might brings the highest effectiveness.
Multidisciplinary research simply defines different ways or tools of research to find something new. It is a way of research to solve a problem with different discipline working together. Its findings describe that there are different impacts of online teaching-learning with different factors of teaching-learning.
