Abstract
Why there is need for Re-defining Education in India? India stands tall and presently
ranks 4th globally for producing 24,000 Doctoral Graduates annually. Is India really
reaping the benefits of Quality Innovative Research, Patents and Inventions? India,
though is emerging as a Global Leader still could not make a position in the list of most
“Innovative Countries in the World”. Can India be ahead of China, US, Japan, Germany,
Russia and Korea in inventions and patents by 2050? Today, India is pacing towards
becoming the third largest Economies in the World. The Knowledge landscape across the
Globe is changing rapidly.
