Themes : Learning Difficulties and learner diversity in ECCE. 


The purpose of this paper is to present the status of Learning Difficulties and learner diversity with special education children with special needs in India and our Jharkhand state. Our government still working various support services required for special children with learner diversity for their successful completion of education.


Special education is the process by which students with special needs receive education via the process of addressing their differences while integrating them as much as possible in the typical educational environment of their peers. In India and many other countries, children who have special educational needs are entitled by law to receive services and accommodation that will help them perform to the best of their abilities.


Special needs can include learning disabilities, speech and language impairments, autism spectrum disorders, cognitive impairments, emotional and behavioral disorders, physical disabilities like cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophies, sensory impairments like vision or hearing, chronic medical illnesses, and any condition that affects optimal education. Whenever possible, the needs of these students should be met in the same environment where other peers learn. Special Education shares selected critical reflections and recommendations on the way of educational communities and responds to student diversity and difficulties learning. This context has included our research topic, ECCE. Teachers explore issues and strategies for realizing and sustaining the agenda of education for all. The National Education Policy 2020 envisions a new entity called the ‘National Research Foundation. The goal of this body will be to promote and expand research and innovation along with multidisciplinary and special education in universities and colleges across the country. Learning difficulty and learner diversity have been seen in many such ECCE and primary education centers. In the Indian education system, especially the children of special education, who have learning disabilities and learning diversity, how their meaningful cooperation is possible through education, its solution is a challenge.
